How we work, and what we do with your information
Two commitments run through every engagement. The numbers in a deliverable are traceable to something you gave us or are labelled as an assumption. Your documents are used for nothing except the work you asked for. This page sets out both.

Every figure in a deliverable comes from a document you sent or is an assumption we have labelled as one. Where something could not be verified, it says so on the page rather than being quietly filled in. You can ask for the working notes behind any number and receive them.
What we do and do not do
We prepare reviews, written plans and financing files. We do not hold client money, we do not place or execute investments, and we do not file tax returns. Work that requires a licence we do not hold is referred to someone who has one, and we say so before you pay for anything.
Confidentiality
Documents are used only to produce the deliverable you ordered. Access is limited to the desk working on your file. Nothing is shared with a lender, an accountant, a family member or anyone else unless you ask us to in writing, and we say who it will go to before it goes. Files sit with your order and can be deleted at your request when the engagement ends.
How assumptions are shown
- Figures taken from your documents carry the document and the date they came from
- Estimates are marked as estimates, with the basis written next to them
- Projections are given as ranges, never as a single number presented as certain
- Anything unverified is listed as an open item instead of being guessed at
What we will not promise
No outcome is guaranteed: not a lender decision, not an interest rate, not an investment return, not a tax result. A plan is a set of steps based on your situation as it is today, and it is expected to change when your situation changes. Anyone offering a guarantee on a financial outcome is describing something we cannot deliver.
Corrections and complaints
- Write to us naming the deliverable and the item you disagree with.
- We reply within two business days, with either a correction or the reasoning behind the original figure.
- If a figure was wrong, a corrected version is issued at no cost and the earlier version is marked as superseded.
