Every engagement starts with the same question: what do the numbers actually say? From there the work takes one of three shapes. A review tells you where you stand and what to fix first. A plan turns that into dates and decisions. Financing support prepares the file and the numbers behind a borrowing decision. Any of them can be ordered on its own, and none of them requires a longer commitment than the work in front of you.

From first message to a delivered file
Five steps. Each one ends with something written, so nothing rests on a phone call.

Scope and fee
You choose a package or describe what you need. We confirm the scope, the fixed fee and the delivery date in writing before any work starts.

Document collection
We send a checklist and you return what you have. Anything missing is noted and worked around, rather than holding up the whole engagement.

Analysis and drafting
The numbers are checked, assumptions are written beside them, and the draft deliverable is prepared. Anything we cannot verify is marked as an assumption, not presented as a fact.

Walkthrough call
We go through the deliverable together, answer questions and record what you want changed. Comments on any figure are welcome at this stage.

Delivery and next date
The final version is sent in a form you can keep and share, and we agree the date of the next review if you want one.
Ask which package fits
Describe the situation in a few lines: what you are deciding, which documents already exist, and when you need an answer. Put the package you are considering in the product field, or leave it blank. We reply with the package we would recommend, the fee and the earliest start date, or tell you plainly if this is not a job for us.
